Semi-Update - April 1

Baby Girl was awake and alert when we got there this morning. Dr. G said she was smiley and reactive once she stabilized last night.

They're still not sure what exactly is going on, what caused it, how to prevent it, how to fix it or anything else, but she's back to her "old" self. All we know for sure is that her sodium levels were low. Best guess is that she wasn't able to completely clear the CO2, which caused her levels to drop. They're carefully monitoring her to make sure all of her organs are responding the way they should, that her lungs stay clear and that her levels stay steady.

As we were leaving her temperature was starting to go up so they were keeping an eye on that. Unfortunately, they have her in the maximum amount of Tylenol so aside from cold rags there wasn't much they could do. I called this evening and they had it staying in the high 99s - which is much better than the 101s it was at when we left.

Hopefully we'll get the last two tests (blood and urine cultures) back tomorrow and get some more information and/or options for moving forward.

Thank you all for your outpouring of love and support and prayers!
