Little Big was disappointed because she was supposed to help change Baby Girl's clothes but she still has the nasal cannula (which I'm disappointed about). Yesterday she was down to 1L of pressure at 21% (room air), which is the minimum setting, so I thought she'd be off of it today, but she was having trouble breathing overnight - a little lingering congestion - so they increased the oxygen to 25% and that didn't help enough so they put the pressure back at 2L. The respiratory therapist is still working with her and giving her treatments every 6 hours so maybe those will kick in over the course of the next day or so.
They did increase her feeding to 19 mL every hour at 9:00 am and then to 21 mL/hr at 3:00. They'll increase again at 9:00 tonight. By tomorrow at 9:00 pm she'll be at the max for continuous feed and then they'll start doing intermittent feeding.
Tomorrow we'll also start back with physical therapy - new hand splints! - and speech therapy will come work with her as well.
Thanks for your continued prayers and support!
