Here's everything that we got taken care of from the List:
- Upgrade electric to handle stove, water heater, refrigerator, and other electronics other than the single light that was in there.
- Run Plumbing - this is our nice, covered over ditch!
- Framing in a bit for the bathroom - shower base installed, toilet installed, shower walls delivered, hot water heater ready to be placed.
- Kitchen area along left hand wall - plumbing ready for the sink, oven plug wired in a ready, refrigerator delivered, but will not stay there long
Still left to do:
- Tear out the built in workbench and the board behind it...after moving everything on it outside.
- Tear down the loft - different plans for the bed area now but the top part of the loft might be reused for shelving along the back wall.
- Sand down, seal and re-finish the floor. Decided to go with natural color instead of the dirty blue it currently is.
- Insulation and dry wall
- Install counters and sink
